PeopleOne of the key criteria for a successful implementation of a modern benefit plan is the team behind the project. The nature of these plans requires a highly skilled, multidisciplinary approach. This is reflected in the unique mix of skills and experience brought together within the Redbourne team. Richard Stewart - Sales and Marketing
With more than 20 years employee benefits experience, Richard has specialised in the design and implementation of flexible benefit plans for the last 5 years and heads up the Redbourne team. He continues to advise clients and holds the AFPC G60 pension qualification. His experience and understanding of the smaller and medium sized corporate market means he is often quoted by the press as an employee benefit expert. He has written several professional publications including a planning guide for pensions released by an international publisher. More recently, Richard has been responsible for developing Redbourne's partner relationships which include HR advisers, IFAs, payroll software providers and accountancy groups. Richard lives in Middlesex and is married with three sons which occupy most of his spare time. After 20 years, Richard is still trying to learn to play the guitar and is particularly fond of family holidays in North Devon. Steve Carter - Systems and Operations
Steve has been in technology-based industries for over 20 years in a career starting with software and hardware product design, followed by engineering and general management. Before the formation of Redbourne, Steve was a Vice President at a data communications company, 3Com Corporation working in various roles. He has vast experience in project management, personnel management and business process re-engineering. Within Redbourne he is responsible for the development of the technology, project implementation and operations. Steve is married and lives in Buckinghamshire with two daughters. As well as his motorbike, Steve enjoys spending time in the Lake District and listening to progressive rock bands from the mid-1970s. Andrew Baird - ChairmanAndrew's background is in corporate finance and software. He holds an ACIB degree from City Business School, London and is a partner with CDI Global. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Future Systems and earlier was with the NMB bank in London and the Royal Trust Bank. Joy Waugh - Administration
Joy works on all aspects of the administration of benefit schemes, flexible benefits in particular, for the smaller and medium sized company. Prior to joining the Redbourne team four years ago, Joy gained a Diploma in Financial Services Management (through the Institute of Finanicial Services and UMIST) whilst working for HSBC. Joy is married with two girls and is studying for an Open University Degree in History. Any spare time not involving the family is taken up with reading, suduku or crosswords. |
