Scheduled Maintenance

On occasions our services will be unavailable due to the need to perform maintenance on critical components. Our infrastructure suppliers (for example Internet service providers) may also need to perform critical maintenance that can result in a suspension of service or a severely degraded service.

These scheduled maintenance periods are kept to an absolute minimum, wherever possible take place outside of normal office hours and a notice period of at least 48 hours is always given. This page contains details of any recent or planned maintenance periods.

We need to carry out some urgent maintenance on the Telecity firewalls (one half of the pair has failed). In theory, this will result in very little downtime but as a precaution we are scheduling one hour.
