History of RedbourneRedbourne has two ancestors with roots going back to 1969. Established in 1969 Partridge Muir & Warren is a financial advisory business and in 2000 an employee benefit consultancy division was started which delivered its first flexible benefit solution in 2001. Also in 2000 an e-business infrastructure start-up was formed called Redbourne. Redbourne developed a unique software product on which could run, simultaneously and with great efficiency, many slightly modified versions of Internet application software. By combining their complementary skills, they were able to provide a perfect offering for the emerging Flexible Benefits market - a "mass-customised" benefits administration service enabled by an online administration system accessed over the Internet. A strategic relation was formed and the first product was delivered early in 2002. Subsequently Redbourne was created to formally amalgamate the skill, capabilities and technology into one organisation. We currently work with over 30 corporate clients and our flexible benefit technology solution covers companies employing 20 to 2,500 employees. We are an independent, privately owned company and have excellent relationships with product providers of all types allows us to tailor the best packages for our clients and negotiate the best terms on their behalf. As well working with clients directly, we support a number of relationships with partners including financial advisers, employee benefit consultants and HR consultants. We continue to develop our services and technology to provide our clients and our partners with the expertise and systems to provide employees with advanced benefit solutions. |
